Prepare for your first visit

Welcome to Movement Re-Training Center!


We are happy to help you prepare for your first visit to our center (intake).

At the Movement Re-Training Center, we offer integrated care and exercise programs tailored to your specific wishes and needs. It is therefore important that we summarize the information, knowledge and experiences with you. Based on this, we use our expertise to put together an effective program for you.

During the intake we discuss your complaints, health status, medical history, wishes and goals. We ask you to be specific and thorough and to mention all physical complaints, limitations and injuries, even if you do not think they are relevant. We also request that you bring any relevant information from your general practitioner or medical specialist. We then carry out a movement analysis. This way we can put together an adequate program for you. Of course, we cannot bear responsibility for the consequences of a health condition that you did not mention during your intake or mentioned on your intake form.

Based on the anamnesis and exercise analysis, the trainer will discuss your situation and work out a personal exercise and exercise program with you, focused on your specific complaints and needs.

An intake lasts 45-55 minutes.

How to plan your first visit?

    - Select an available date and time (in blue)
    - Create an account with your address as "new customer"

    - Follow the steps to pay for your intake
    - You will receive an e-mail confirmation

    Fill the Intake form

    - Fill in the "Intake form" that we will send you by e-mail as soon as you have completed the above-mentioned steps
    - Send the form back to us before your first visit
    - Bring comfortable training clothes and fresh socks with you during your first visit

Q. How can I select my trainer?

Choosing your trainer is very personal and is an important part of your process. Your preference may depend on gender, experience, spoken language, specialty or a referral. Most people choose their trainer through a recommendation from someone they trust.

Q. Which service should I choose?

Our complete offer is described on the website and we advise you to read this. All our services can be booked through our online reservation system. To book your first visit, select "intake".

Q. When can I plan my intake?

Our online booking system shows availability in blue. As soon as you click on the day, the available times are displayed.

Q. Do I have to create an account?

Yes, it is necessary to create an account for administrative and financial processing. Fill in all fields including your address and phone number.

While you are creating an account, you will be asked to accept our terms and conditions. They contain essential information about our company, the purchase of services, the different types of training, our duty of care, prices and payments, changes and cancellations, your responsibilities, subscription and liability. All your personal information is treated confidentially and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Q. How much does the intake cost and how can I pay?

The intake costs € 45.00 and can be paid online via the booking system via iDeal or credit card.

Q. How do I know that the booking for the intake went correctly?

After booking the appointment for your intake you will receive an automatic confirmation email by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact the trainer you have chosen for your intake by telephone.

Q. Something went wrong and I cannot book. What should I do?

Send us an e-mail or call us (our contact details are at the bottom of this page).

Q. I am late or have forgotten to come to my appointment. What should I do?

If you are unable to attend a session, we ask you to cancel the scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance by calling us or sending us an e-mail. In case of late cancellation or absence without prior cancellation, the full amount of your session will be charged.
